Job Description
The Marketing Team at Traveloka drives our brand's impact with creativity and strategy. Through innovative campaigns and a deep understanding of our customers, they ensure Traveloka remains a leader in the travel industry. Guided by our values, they embody our mission to make travel accessible and enjoyable for all.
- Coordinate with Creative Director, in maintaining the quality and creative heights within the team
- Work together with Brand Identity Lead and other Creative Design Leads to ensure a coherent experience and same tone of voice within channels
- Lead, mentor, and analyze creative team’s strength, weakness, and passions, in order to put them in a team where they can be optimal and productive (maximizing their skill and growth)
- Lead the scalability for efficient way of working and business processes
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team, Brand Team, Product Design, and other stakeholders in order to maintain a good relationship
- Meet regularly with the creatives in order to update various topics ranging from productivity mentoring, teamwork skill development, and processes within / outside creative team
- Willing to contribute and roll up your sleeves as a copywriter and/or visual designer when needed
- Collaborate and communicate with the one big team at other offices in Southeast Asia
Requirements
- Minimum 7-9 years of communication design/marketing/advertising/production experience
- Minimum 3-5 years industry experience in a management or leadership role
- Possess strong expertise in tailoring communication design, preferably coming from a creative agency/in-house background with visual design and/or copywriting skill
- Strong comprehension and past experiences of managing of Japan local marketing & communication landscape and the trends
- Champion in AI and/or automation based creative tools utilization
- Strong creative and conceptual vision for offline and online communication, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives.
- Ability to direct creative teams including visual communication designers, copywriters, motion graphic designers, story visualizers.
