Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Take ownership of all design work, from concept to completion, ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the development and implementation of design strategies, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into the team’s workflow.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Lead the design and production of a wide range of digital and print materials, including:
- Brochures and flyers
- Product catalogs and datasheets
- Presentations and slide decks
- Social media graphics and banners
- Website and landing pages
- Trade show displays and booth graphics
- Email marketing templates
- Infographics and diagrams
- Annual reports and whitepapers
- Case studies and success stories
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with UI/UX design and user research.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
