ImpactAs a CPG Promotions Coordinator located in Birmingham, AL you will play a crucial role in helping the Shipt Media team meet its strategic objectives.
While no two days are the same, you will oversee the creation and curation of promotions for key brands, while providing analysis and reporting that informs promotional strategy. In addition, you will contribute to key initiatives supporting promotions at Shipt, including improving team workflow, testing new promotional tactics and tools, and representing the Promo team’s interest in work with cross functional stakeholders. With exposure to so many areas, the Promo Coordinator role offers growth to a number of different career paths, like account management, engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and merchandising.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- You are comfortable communicating effectively in a fast paced environment
- You are able to think critically and actionably to help campaigns meet their goals
- You have experience with a basic command of SQL and/or Excel
- You are adept at finding, analyzing, and utilizing data to make decisions
- You'll be adept at learning new tools and technology
Preference:
- You ideally have experience in retail media or e-commerce advertising
- You ideally want to grow into roles in tech, account management, or sales
- You ideally have experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms
Work Arrangement
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:
$61,002-$122,110
All other locations:
$50,429-$100,858
Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
