We are looking for a Country Manager (CIS) to join our Business Development team!

Your Role:

  • Continuously monitor the performance of our websites, ensuring they are always up-to-date and optimized for a high-quality user experience.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with established agreements and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct market studies and comparisons of our competition to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop a comprehensive country-specific market strategy, focusing on positioning and growth.
  • Periodical audits for different departments, suggesting improvements to optimize performance.
  • Conduct localization training sessions with various departments, aiming for maximum local adaptation to the markets in which we operate.
  • Discover new ways to promote our casino and sports products in the market.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in management or developing a market, in the iGaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the markets in question, preferably with direct experience in the region.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in Russian and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
