Are you a HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic global organization? We're looking for a HR Manager to join our HR Business Services team in Wrocław. You will be directly reporting to HRBP IS Ops Lead.
In this hybrid role, you'll be the cornerstone of our local HR operations while contributing to our broader regional strategy. You'll showcase your expertise in employment law, talent management, and organizational development.
What You'll Do:
As our HR Manager, you'll deliver comprehensive HR services at the local level while ensuring agreement on our regional goals. Your primary focus (75%) will be on local service delivery, including:

Guide our hiring process from job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent

Provide expert compensation advice to managers and overseeing bonus plans and incentive structures

Lead employment relations matters, including policy updates, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations

Manage organizational changes and restructure plans with empathy
You'll also dedicate 20% of your time to implementing our Strategic Business Unit strategies through performance management support, talent development initiatives, and engagement survey action planning.
What You Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Extensive experience as an HR Manager, experience gained in a multinational environment will be an advantage

Comprehensive knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations

Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities

Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions

A talent for balancing time, tasks, and projects
