About the Role
You will be responsible for performing general administrative support tasks, following established policies and procedures.
You will be expected to handle office tasks such as maintaining the appropriate filing system, generating and preparing reports, setting up meetings, coordinating the logistics for office events, and making office supplies arrangements.
Key Accountabilities:

Ensure the follow up of orders from internal and external customers in close collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams;

Be in close contact with customers sending information’s of orders status as well receiving orders updates;

Support the Sales Team for sales to external customers;

Work with the management systems implemented in the company for order management either for Paper Sourcing or for the internal paper mills;
-
Manage billing and credit notes.

Support Finance on payments;

Work in close collaboration with TCS on Service claims;

Ensure the treatment of general documentation, archive and correspondence management, as well as specific documentation like the ones for credit letters;

Comply with the company's rules and standards.
About you:

Previous work experience in Administrative area

Basic knowledge of the administrative tasks
-
Concept of service delivery and customer satisfaction
-
Very good written and spoken English, other European language is an advantage
