As a Cost Controller, you are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on the IT department's expenses and budget. You work closely with the IT managers and the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cost allocation and reporting. You also create and maintain a monthly KPI dashboard that tracks the performance and efficiency of the IT department.Your responsibilities

Review all incoming invoices for the IT department and verify their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the contract terms, actuals and the budget;

Work together with the IT department managers to allocate the costs to the appropriate products and projects, and to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues;

Prepare a monthly KPI dashboard that summarizes the IT department's spending, revenue, utilization, and service quality;

Follow up on the IT spending for specific products and projects and monitor. Report any deviations or risks to the IT managers and propose corrective actions;

Create, follow up, and handle weekly receipts and deliveries for the IT department. Ensure that the inventory and the assets are properly recorded and tracked.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field;

Experience in the IT sector;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems is a plus;

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large and complex data sets and produce clear and concise reports;

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and levels of management;

Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
