Description

Albireo Energy is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts for our growing HVAC controls and construction teams in the Southeast region. This role will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for field-based and corporate roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and HR team to source qualified candidates and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings in the applicant tracking system (Workable) to ensure visibility and reach for all open positions.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for HVAC controls, construction, and corporate roles to build a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Review resumes for relevant skills, certifications, and experience aligned with technical and field-based requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an efficient scheduling process.
  • Maintain communication with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report recruitment data using Excel and ATS tools, ensuring up-to-date documentation of open roles and hiring progress.
  • Facilitate bulk candidate communication, including application confirmations, interview reminders, and status updates.
  • Attend local and national recruiting events to represent Albireo Energy and attract top industry talent.
  • Support HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce planning projects.
  • Act as a culture influencer, helping to foster an engaging and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Construction, Engineering, HVAC Controls, or a related technical industry, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently, coordinating interviews across different departments and time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Critical-thinking skills to assess candidate qualifications, evaluate hiring needs, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) and experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workable preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for career fairs, recruiting events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two days in-office per week to collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers.
