What you’ll do:

Join the team of People Partnering and in particular in the business / management of People reporting directly into Product & Corporate People Partnering Senior Manager

Have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to employee lifecycle management. In particular you will be the focal point for Corporate functions and you will be responsible for: Onboarding and induction new hires, learning and development activities, salary review, budget and forecast, general people management activities and administrative tasks.
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in large e structured companies;

A degree in Law, Psychology or other subjects;
-
Previous experience in HRBP role (at least 4/5 years);

Excellent knowledge of excel, power point, HR systems (like workday) and CCNL ;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Fluency in English and italian is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
