You will be part of a key team driving technological, digital, and innovation projects within the organization. You’ll play a fundamental role in ensuring that every initiative complies with legal and regulatory requirements, bringing your expertise and working alongside specialists in different areas.
What will you do?
High-level Legal Advisory:

Analyze the legal implications of technological, digital, and AI-based projects, proposing strategies to ensure their legal viability.

Collaborate with business teams to design solid legal structures that enable the advancement of innovation projects while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
-
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to data protection, privacy, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
-
Contribute to the development of internal legal policies and processes to prevent regulatory risks and adapt to legal trends in the financial and technological sectors.
Negotiation:
-
Draft, review, and negotiate strategic contracts related to technological projects, digital alliances, and business transformation.

Maintain a fluid relationship with partners, providers, and stakeholders, managing complex negotiations to close agreements that benefit the business and meet the highest legal standards.

Provide guidance throughout the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring agreed terms are correctly implemented and comply with applicable regulations.
Update and Training:
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory trends, leading the implementation of internal policies, training teams, and fostering a culture of compliance.
What are we looking for ?

Solid experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in similar positions.

Academic background: A Bachelor’s/Graduate degree in Law with complementary specializations.

Desirable: Certification in Data Protection.

High level of English (must have).
