We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Corporate Development Associate to join our growing team and help drive strategic growth through M&A in the crypto and iGaming industries. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and engaging with acquisition and partnership targets worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to high-potential acquisition or partnership targets across crypto and iGaming.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, potential clients, and partners across the industry to support long-term deal flow.
- Conduct market research to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
- Draft impactful outreach messages and articulate our value proposition to potential partners.
- Request, organize, and manage financial and operational data from target companies.
- Coordinate early-stage due diligence processes and ensure smooth internal communication across legal, finance, and product teams.
- Prepare high-quality materials, including pitch decks, investment memos, and executive summaries that communicate opportunity, fit, and ROI.
- Translate raw data and industry insights into visually polished, decision-ready materials.
- Maintain a well-organized M&A pipeline and track progress across all stages.
- Represent the company at top industry events and conferences to source new leads and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development.
- 2 years of relevant experience in crypto, blockchain, or the iGaming space.
- Strong skills in Google Slides and Google Sheets; Salesforce, data rooms, and deal-tracking tools are a plus.
- Familiarity with Affiliate business model.
