What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to help manage M&A opportunities, execute strategic venture capital investments, and evaluate strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an “all-around athlete” with a combination of quantitative and qualitative acumen, passionate about fintech, and comfortable working in unstructured environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing mergers and acquisitions and strategic initiatives
  • Source, manage, and execute strategic venture capital investments for Cross River Digital Ventures
  • Support the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development with research and analysis of corporate development opportunities
  • Help evaluate market dynamics and implications on Cross River’s business model
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for implementation of strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience at a top-tier company in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Modeling and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, analytics, or similar field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or fintech
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a fast-changing environment

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
