Summary:
The Corporate Controller is responsible for oversight of Accounting and Finance areas of Ovation Healthcare.
***This is a hybrid position that requires coming into our corporate office located in Brentwood, TN.***
Duties and Responsibilities:

Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Maintains systems and processes.

Treasury and Cash Management

Debt partner reporting
-
13-Week Cash Flow Forecast

Monthly Reporting Packages
-
Monthly Closing Process
-
Manages against budget; cash, operating costs, revenues, capital expenditures.

Manages annual audit process.

Able to work with cross functional teams (operations, finance, sales administration, human resources)

Manage a team that invoices customers, monthly, records revenue, and collects from customers. New contracts are evaluated for revenue recognition and set-up in Workday.

Manage a team that accounts, on a monthly basis, for payroll, intangible amortization, prepaid expenses, debt and interest payments, and other general ledger responsibilities.

Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Complies information for federal, state, and local taxes for the Company’s accounting firm to prepare tax returns.

Maintains financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Maintains financial staff job results by coaching and counseling.

Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance.

Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
