How You'll Create Possibilities

The Corporate Communications Summer Intern will support our workplace communications efforts with employees across all workforce categories using multi-media strategies and content development for impactful communication. The position will work cross-functionally between corporate communications, human resources, and supply chain teams to drive employee engagement.

  • Create and edit strategic content for various communications channels including employee intranet, emails and push messaging, monthly newsletters, and digital displays.
  • Compile weekly analytics reports measuring communication performance and engagement.
  • Serve as project manager for targeted communication campaigns. This may include coordinating meetings, managing assets, and helping to define the strategic direction of the campaign.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Student enrolled in a four-year degree program majoring in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, English, Human Resources, or related degree programs.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Burning desire to learn strategic communications planning, corporate storytelling, analytical analysis, and reporting.
