We’re looking for team members who can help realize our aspiration to deliver best-in-class travel and expense experience for our Shell employees globally by delivering an effortless and seamless card program for Shell plc.

What you'll be doing
When you join our Travel and Expense Team, you will be part of a newly formed team who will manage the card application process of new corporate card bank partners. In this role, you are encouraged to work with your team to innovate and design a process that minimizes the effort exerted by employees when applying for corporate credit cards but at the same time maintain controls and checks to ensure continued protection of Shell assets. The vision is to consolidate all card application process of different banking partners and establish a global center of excellence for card applications.
- Delivering daily operations brilliantly with discipline and simplicity and driving continuous improvement thru research and data analysis
- Providing a positive support experience to Shell employees assuming the role of a trusted advisor on card program application issues
- Contributing in creating a team environment of learning, experimentation, and support where each member take on a persona of solution finders when confronted with challenges exhibiting positivity and resourcefulness
- Co-creating compelling development plans with your line manager by maximizing in-role development opportunities
In addition, you will also be involved in business change projects and managing business partner relationships within Shell and with external banking partners.
- Executing project tasks efficiently and effectively and proactively surfacing risks to trigger timely mitigations
- Exhibiting a one-team mindset between Shell and banking partners to deliver an effortless experience to the Shell employees
What you bring

You are encouraged to work with your team lead to experiment and explore diverse ideas to come up with a fit-for-purpose response to different challenges.
You must also be passionate about our end-customers – our Shell employees and ensure that designed process solutions are customer-centric but at the same time have a good grasp of risk management tools to ensure Shell’s license to operate is protected and preserved.
You have to be:
- Proficient in Mandarin (Read, write and speak)
- Independent, resourceful and creative - we need team members who are proactive in creating solutions to individual and team problems by tapping available resources creatively in a disciplined manner
- Resilient - we need team members who can learn from their mistakes and bounce back stronger quickly and someone who is not afraid to fail safely
- Organized and Curious - we need team members who leverage on process governance materials first before asking questions. When confronted with gaps and changes, they create or update materials to benefit the team especially new joiners. Our team members regularly learn new skills and tools and generously share it again to benefit the team
