£60,000 - £75,000 + Commission (40% OTE)

The Business Development Manager (BDM) position is a key role operating in Rest Of World’s (ROW) largest commercial regional market; with responsibility for driving considerable new business growth within the Corporate space amongst upper and mid-tier brokers.

The role will require significant face to face business engagement with IPMI brokers facilitating strong and consistent sales growth.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Develop new and stronger business relationships with a defined number of key intermediaries
  • Achieve all sales, revenue and profit targets
  • Report clear & accurate pipeline data and forecasting
  • Consistently deliver a strong sales presentation deck
  • Shadow the Head of Corporate Development UK & Africa, in securing business – through tender management, presentation and negotiation
  • Build strong robust broker development plans and identify commercial opportunity for Bupa Global
  • Work extensively with colleagues to leverage One Bupa opportunity
  • Be a team player and take part in a warm and inclusive culture

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience of developing robust and successful relationships
