The Business Development Manager (BDM) position is a key role operating in Rest Of World’s (ROW) largest commercial regional market; with responsibility for driving considerable new business growth within the Corporate space amongst upper and mid-tier brokers.
The role will require significant face to face business engagement with IPMI brokers facilitating strong and consistent sales growth.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Develop new and stronger business relationships with a defined number of key intermediaries
- Achieve all sales, revenue and profit targets
- Report clear & accurate pipeline data and forecasting
- Consistently deliver a strong sales presentation deck
- Shadow the Head of Corporate Development UK & Africa, in securing business – through tender management, presentation and negotiation
- Build strong robust broker development plans and identify commercial opportunity for Bupa Global
- Work extensively with colleagues to leverage One Bupa opportunity
- Be a team player and take part in a warm and inclusive culture
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experience of developing robust and successful relationships
- A dynamic, credible and articulate presenter
