As part of our aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Corporate Account Senior specialist with the relevant sales and key account management skills experience to accelerate our growth opportunities within Singapore through our corporate/ enterprise focused Vodien brand.

The Corporate Account Senior Specialist is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships to drive bookings growth, retention and product engagement with key corporate accounts, which represent the top tier of annual spend and product engagement within the organisation’s customer base.   They are also responsible to manage and communicate between key corporate customers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and expectations.

Detailed Responsibilities will include:

  • Work within the framework of the Corporate Account team to deliver, execute and optimise Key Account Management techniques to drive satisfaction, retention and product engagement within the key corporate customer base.

  • Follow and optimise a variety of the concepts, practices and procedures relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals for customers.

  • Be the go-to and primary point of contact for respective corporate customers with a strong focus on building long-term relationships which drive continued benefits and execution of goals for the customer.

  • Proactively and reactively engage and assist customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, in person meetings and other required means of communication.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and solutions according to customer needs, objectives and timelines.

  • Utilise intrapersonal and communication skills to ensure satisfaction and delivery exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Follow up with an assigned group of key corporate customers to ensure monthly renewals according to a targeted KPI.

  • Adequately report activities, projects, action items and delivery to KPIs to the Corporate Accounts Manager.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development/Corporate Account Manager to onboard and integrate new customers and projects, and continue to develop existing customer relationships.

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

  • Enhance department and organisation’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Consistently update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Desired Skillsets/Experience

  • Possess a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Key Accounts Management role, preferably in the Information Technology space. 

  • Candidate without the required education requirement but with the relevant experience may be considered at the Specialist level.

  • Preferably have some command for information technology particularly within the area of Servers, Infrastructure as a service and associated enterprise products and solutions as well as some knowledge on using internet browsers and FTP clients.

  • Possess experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Possesses strong account management and relationship building skills as well as some soft sales skills.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Is self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

  • Is a team player and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An exemplary work ethic, a “get it done” attitude, and high personal accountability.
