Job Title: Corporate Access Director
Reports To: Head of Corporate Access

Location: New York
Salary: $150K-$175K
Leerink Partners is looking for a Director to help drive the firm’s overall strategy for corporate access, events, conferences, and analyst marketing. The role will require strong partnership with internal stakeholders across equity research, investment banking and institutional sales & trading. The role will be a primary liaison with external stakeholders including IR officers, corporate management teams and institutional investors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive pipeline build for non-deal roadshows and various corporate access events.
- Own allocations of resources, understand various business models and map against priorities across the firm.
- Lead communications with corporate partners on investor interactions for non-deal roadshows and other investor focused events.
- Assist with internal communications, meeting schedules, investor information, travel schedules, etc.
- Perform shareholder analysis, develop in-depth intelligence on prospective investors.
- Manage investor feedback process following non-deal roadshows and communication to corporate partners.
- Deliver high quality client service and excellent execution.
- Team player on all conferences and events as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; 4-5 years of experience in the financial services industry; corporate access or events experienced preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Detail oriented and ability to manage conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectively are critical.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Ipreo & MeetMax required.
- Willingness to be a team player; execute events onsite and manage logistics when necessary required.
- Open to travel as needed.
- Be a mentor and leader on the corporate access team and for the firm.
