Cornerstone Ondemand HCM Consultant
We are looking for driven, innovative senior Consultant who are eager to embrace the dynamic field of talent management technology and provide recognized, exceptional client service. This role also will contribute to the Business development in European market.
The senior Consultants is responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand’s Talent Management suite of products. You will work closely with DXC clients to help them transition to new cloud-based software, helping them optimize the return on their technology investment. You will serve as the liaison between the client business teams, the technical resources assigned to the project and the software vendor(s).
The Responsibilities:
The position involves working closely with clients and colleagues to do the following:
- Gather requirements and define and map current processes in order to create "to be" business processes for the client based on current best practices.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders efficiently to ensure the successful execution of projects at every step.
- Implement application design by working closely with both the client and DXC technical team.
- Assist in user acceptance testing efforts and act as the liaison between the client and the system implementation team in troubleshooting product issues as they apply to the client's business.
- Participate in end-user training by providing both product knowledge and insight on the client's business processes and solution design.
- Additionally, the position involves helping to develop the business as a whole and contributing to organizational objectives.
- Developing an extensive understanding of the complete product range and be fully conversant in demonstrating and promoting these across the business. You'll develop an in-depth understanding of our HCM solutions specifically for the SMB market.
- Acting as a true ambassador of the business internally and externally and leading the way in adopting the sales methodology.
- Working very closely with all sales colleagues in a collaborative way to ensure a complete understanding of the client requirements.
- Lead solutions demo and presentations with clients and prospect.
- Working with senior leaders and supporting the sales governance processes in place.
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
The Requirements:
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
- Experience in the design, development, and implementation of one or more Cornerstone OnDemand products.
- Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand deployment and implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrable ability to resolve complex system or business issues, often thinking on their feet, and offering multiple creative solutions or options.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
- Ability to work closely and build relationships with client executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, as well as contribute significantly in coordination with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, positive attitude.
- A passion for service, pride in the quality of their work, and the instinct to follow-through until a job is properly done well.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects.
- Ability to be flexible to and adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting engagements.
- Cornerstone product certifications is a plus.
- Cornerstone Learning expertise is preferred.
- Languages:
- English – fluent
- Spanish – fluent
- Italian, French, German – Desired
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
This job can be based remotely from a home office, or in either our Spain offices, and may entail travel to various client sites.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
