Join us as a Core Treasury Associate

What you’ll do
Day-to-day, you’ll be providing the financial instrument’s valuation, as well as PruVal, bid-offer reserving and other financial reporting in line with business requirements. You’ll work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues around the process performed.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly consolidated reports and monthly governance reports including franchise Independent Price Verification (IPV) or Valuation Committee packs, and running and assisting meetings with key stakeholders
- Identifying and using market data for IPV purposes or determining the quality of market input to conclude on their reporting level
- Interacting with Quants and Front Office teams to raise and resolve queries
- Regularly meeting with business analysts for IPV changes and automations, including engaging with the Enterprise Solutions team
- ·Continuously focusing on the improvements in addition to the everyday delivery
The skills you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need good numeracy and analytical skills. We’ll also look to you to have an understanding of banking products, including xVA, particularly FVA and CVA, as well as interest rate curves and FX.
You’ll also need:
- Working experience in a valuation control or product control function
- An understanding of Microsoft Office, including good Excel skills
- An understanding of basic statistical concepts
