The Role

As organizations increasingly rely on innovative SaaS solutions to optimize their workforce management, we are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager Enterprise (m/f/d) to strengthen our relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will drive account expansion, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions within enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Existing Accounts: Identify new revenue opportunities and execute targeted cross- and upselling strategies.
  • Consult and Support: Act as a trusted advisor, optimizing mission-critical processes for enterprise clients with our SaaS solutions.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong partnerships, anticipate customer needs, and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Measure Success: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive growth by exceeding targets.


Key Requirements

  • Proven Account Management Experience: Track record of successfully managing enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), ideally in the SaaS or IT sector.
  • Strategic Thinking & Customer Focus: Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, and IT solutions for enterprise organizations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex topics with clarity and confidence.
  • Educational Background: Successfully completed university degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-fluent in German and English.
