Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Coordinator TV to replace the operations Coordinator who will be absent for Maternity Leave. The job requires a great deal of autonomy, adaptability, proactivity and problem solving. Managing the organisation of the team and providing support to all team members and the manager.
This is a pert-time position with 22.5 hours per week over 5 days. You can work remotely most of the time, with the option to work from the Amsterdam office once a week. It will be a 4-5 month contract. Start date is ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Doing team planning in the system
- Ensure that sick people are replaced by colleagues on time and do the follow-up in the different systems
- Fill in the system and provide the correct data for extra hours to human resources for payment
- Being in contact with colleagues and giving them support
- Report possible problems and creative solutions to the manager
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Organize and prioritize team tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
- Manage shift leaders so as to be sure that the work is done on time
- Liaise with other departments and clients when necessary
- Manage administrative team’s task and reporting tasks
- Be a filter between the Operation Manager and the team
- Organisation of training
- Know how to resolve potential conflicts in a benevolent and constructive manner.
- Ensure that all media files are received
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), LBM and Mediapad
- Excellent command of Dutch & English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and motivate the team
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability: working 4,5 hours per day / 5 days a week, not fixed hours.
