Holman has an outstanding temporary opportunity for a Bilingual Vehicle Remarketing Coordinator based in our Laval, QC Location. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French with a passion for the automotive industry and a background in remarketing operations.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate the remarketing process for pre-owned vehicles, including scheduling inspections, facilitating repairs, and managing vehicle listings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination of remarketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze data to determine optimal pricing strategies for vehicle resale.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with auction houses, dealerships, and other remarketing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle remarketing operations.
  • Follow internal processes and established client parameters to ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Facilitate driver sales and market sales by completing the vehicle sale settlement within Holman systems.
  • Locate and obtain replacement vehicle registrations and discharge liens for sold vehicles.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.
  • 2-5 years relevant automotive experience.
  • Post-Secondary Education.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge of Provincial vehicle dealer regulations is considered an asset.
