This is an On-Site role based out of one of our Corporate office located in Loveland, Colorado.

The Target Pay for this position is $25.00-$31.00 an hour. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget. 

 

Job Purpose

The Equipment Admin Support I efficiently and accurately completes daily detailed record-keeping following multi-faceted processes for both inbound and outbound clinical instrumentation. The associate follows established procedures to maintain accurate records in an ERP accounting system and customer relationship management (CRM) database software. This position is accountable for data entry encompassing the areas of Customer Account serialized clinical equipment records including warranty types and terms, equipment repair work orders, service reports, packing lists and sales order fulfillment.

Essential Duties

  • Process RMA orders (Returns Materials Authorization) in accounting software for customer equipment. Create and compile packing list, service report, and invoice for outbound repaired equipment.
  •  Monitor and complete data entry for tasks in a group CRM Queue, including order entry and provisioning shipping return service labels.
  • Complete data entry and fulfilment of sales and service orders in accounting software for shipment to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer equipment records, including equipment type, serial number, and warranty / service contract type and term.
  • Process extended service plans contracts.
  • Run reports and follow-on data entry for equipment record ownership transfers.
  • Maintain service files, Instrument records, and customer files.
  • Transfer of Equipment and Inventory within accounting database.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a customer service role is desired.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills for internal customers, including the ability to listen, analyze requests and customer needs, and provide a timely and positive resolution to customer issues.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work one-on-one or with small groups to provide training or assistance.
  • Ability to understand internal processes and procedures and outside regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to organize and track data and documents.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Work Environment

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch.
