Coordinador de Calidad de Laboratorio de Microbiología

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del laboratorio de microbiología, asegurando la ejecución de análisis microbiológicos de productos terminados, monitoreos ambientales y de agua, así como el desarrollo y validación de métodos. Garantizar que todas las actividades del laboratorio se lleven a cabo conforme a los procedimientos, regulaciones de calidad (cGMP) y estándares de seguridad (HSE).

Responsabilidades clave:

• Liderar las actividades del laboratorio, incluyendo análisis de productos estériles y no estériles, programas de monitoreo ambiental y resolución de problemas técnicos.
• Gestionar el sistema de calidad del laboratorio: actualizar KPIs, liderar investigaciones de resultados fuera de especificación y asegurar la documentación técnica conforme a las normativas.
• Planificar las actividades diarias del laboratorio, identificando y comunicando retrasos a tiempo.
• Supervisar y verificar la documentación de análisis, transferencias de métodos microbiológicos y entrenar al equipo en técnicas y procedimientos.
• Gestionar el inventario de insumos, solicitudes de compra y manejo de proveedores relacionados al laboratorio.
• Colaborar en actividades relacionadas con mantenimiento, calibración de equipos y adecuación de técnicas microbiológicas.

Calificaciones:

·  Título universitario en Química, Farmacia, Bioquímica o carrera afín.

·  Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.

·  Experiencia comprobada en:

• Ejecución de ensayos microbiológicos.
• Transferencia y adecuación de métodos microbiológicos.
• Al menos 5 años en posiciones similares en la industria farmacéutica o cosmética (excluyente).

·  Habilidad para planificar, organizar y coordinar actividades de laboratorio
