Job Description
This is a dedicated resource for an existing client and requires time in office in Dallas, TX.
- Oversee the funds’ accounting, financial reporting, cash management, investor reporting, and fund performance/analysis.
- Assist in oversight of the funds’ administrator.
- Manage cash balances and liquidity, including capital calls and distributions.
- Plan and manage the audit/tax process and with outside auditors/tax preparers.
- Assist with various compliance reports.
- Enhance, automate, and streamline work processes.
- Expense reporting and analysis.
- Manage various 3rd party relationships including legal, bank, compliance, and IT.
- Gather portfolio company performance metrics to relay to investors.
- Work with various teams on deal fundings.
- Support different teams with various special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field.
- Five plus years of accounting experience in a combination of public accounting (audit/tax), fund administration, or investment management firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- CPA or MBA a plus.
Additional Information
Salary based on experience and location ($140,000-$180,000) and full benefits package offered.
