Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· PC & Laptop configuration & troubleshooting knowledge on (both Windows and Mac OS)
· Administering Active Directory (AD) & G-Suite & Slack for Business
· Investigating & fault finding hardware and software issues
· Liaising with 3rd party providers to support hardware issues
· Asset management
· Software installation
· Support call center users with IP phone.
Able to understand and resolve issues for Remote users within SLA.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Essential
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructures
- Ability to Maintain and Manage all the IT related Infrastructure (Such as; Network, Servers, CCTV,
- Access Control, Printers, Laptops, PRI Fixed Lines, LLC, etc..)
- Previous experience of the 1st and 2nd line support
- Experience with PC's and Laptops hardware maintenance.
- Mac Support/troubleshoot Experience.
- Previous experience supporting onsite and offsite users via Remote tools
- Previous experience supporting Printers and other peripherals
- Experience of using IT ticketing software (JIRA)
- Previous experience in creating Technical Documentation for problematic known issues.
- Vendor \ Service provider management
- Knowledge on VPN's clients such as; Fortinet & CATO VPN client.
- Good Troubleshoot Knowledge on MS-Office 2016/O365

· RPA and Automation knowledge
· Google for Work Administration
· Supporting Wi-Fi networks
· Linux operating system knowledge
- Added Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting to create/modify/delete Users and groups in AD. Even to generate reports of bulk/specific reports from AD.
- Good JIRA administration knowledge (Project, Permission, Workflow, screens, etc.. & User roles)
- Experience on WorkSpace One Administration (Deployment & Device management)
- Experience on virtualization tools/softwares like. VMware, Virtual Box, VM Workstation, etc..
Imp Note: Candidate's should be flexible shifts (Weekends/US Shift).
