Position Summary:
The Contracts Support Specialist (Summer Intern) will support the Contracts Department with various tasks and projects related to contract administration, process improvement, and compliance. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management within the medical device industry while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The intern will work closely with contract professionals and cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract review, organization, and data entry into contract management systems.

  • Support document management, including contract filing, tracking, and retrieval.

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization efforts.

  • Support the Contracts team in responding to internal and external inquiries.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Legal, and Customer Service, to facilitate contract-related processes.

  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to develop an understanding of contract lifecycle management.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Business, Pre-Law, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

  • Interest in contract management, legal operations, or healthcare business functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or coursework related to contracts, legal studies, or business operations.

  • Experience with contract management software or database systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

This is a paid remote internship for the Summer 2025 term. Candidates should be available to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
