Title: Contracts Manager
The Global Contracts Manager will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Global Vendor Service Agreements, creating contract policy, contract templates, and playbooks in close coordination with key internal decision makers. This position will lead and direct contract lifecycle functions, managing the contract processes from draft to execution, according to company policy and procedures. The ability to optimize and scale processes according to organizational foals is key to success in this role.
This position is based in the U.S. and reports to the Vice President of Business Management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage contracting activities across global regions and time zones including North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC, streamlining processes and creating efficiencies
- Manage global contracts support team.
- Develop, recommend, and implement internal policies and procedures for contract development, review, and maintenance.
- Manage cross-functional EdgeConneX teams on the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, retention, and payment plans of Global Service Agreements upon the successful vetting and on-boarding of each service provider.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and assessment of contract proposals. Oversee change management, problem resolution, disputes, terminations, amendments, and close-out for contracts.
- Escalate issues, as appropriate, to internal Legal Counsel and Senior Leadership.
- Collaborate with appropriate teams to execute contractual obligations.
- Work closely with key internal departments to support and carry out assigned responsibilities.
- Establish and document reporting and control procedures related to contract management.
- Lead ad-hoc projects as requested by Senior Leadership.
- Facilitate and contribute to cross-department calls to review contract status, resolve issues, and set priorities against global demands and timelines.
- Contribute to vendor calls as needed as Global SME.

Experience/Education
- 10+ years of experience working in a Contracts Administration/Management role or equivalent experience in project or vendor management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related Operations discipline.
- Strong knowledge and experience in contracts and service vendor management, along with proven track record in process improvement and automation.
- Candidates with direct experience setting up and configuring a vendor management system, as well as those with experience in the Data Center industry, Construction, or Real Estate environments are strongly encouraged to apply
US Salary Range
$100,000—$120,000 USD
