Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Health Care Professional (HCP) contracts process for both external and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Product Development, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Medical Education & Operations. This position will serve as the key contact and internal administrator for all HCPs who are engaged with Enovis before, during, and after the term of their agreements.

This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance to Enovis policies & procedures as set forth by Enovis Legal & Compliance as it pertains to creating, executing, and managing HCP contracts through alignment with all relevant stakeholders. The Professional Affairs Contract Analyst will lead all day-to-day operations to ensure efficient business processes for contract creation, presentation to the business and or the HCPs, follow-up, and management of files and records. This position will be a subject matter expert on all elements both procedural and substantive tied to HCP contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Organization Skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Understanding of the Process, Procedure & Policies and the ability to make necessary changes, when applicable, in and out of the back-end process of the Compliance System while maintaining related policy and procedure documents.
  • World Class Communications.  A cadence of clear, professional and direct business communications to all stakeholders.  
  • Timely Delivery and Response time.  Develop communication cadence, as necessary, with HCPs to ensure proper and timely delivery of documents.  Respond to all customer requests & inquiries in a timely manner, according to policy.
  • Collaboration with cross functional partners to drive efficient HCP contracting process to meet the business needs while working within the requirements as outlined by compliance & legal
  • Develop appropriate self-monitoring activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and Enovis policies
  • Lead the processing of new Supplier Accounts for the HCPs
  • Complete the HCP Fair Market Value for all new HCP agreements
  • Analyze contracting activity data to prepare relevant reports & matrixes on a regular basis
  • Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 + years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with various internal/external stakeholders
  • Must be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical & Data management Skills
  • Business Acumen as it relates to contracting
  • Experience creating and documenting processes a plus
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Medical Device industry preferred
  • Compliance system experience a plus
  • Compliance experience preferred
  • Legal Experience preferred

Travel Requirements:

  • 10%
