Job Scope & Purpose:
- Perform essential administrative tasks within the business support team to ensure the field operational team, Service Coordinators, and Service Management can focus on flawless execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and optimize Systems & Tools to ensure they are updated and continuously improved.
- Execute tasks within Centralized Business Support, including standardization of processes, tracking customer satisfaction, managing procurement escalations, and supporting month-end closing actions.
- Actively participate as a member of the Business Support team.
- Undertake additional duties as required that align with the role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide support and training for service users on SMAX and Oracle; serve as the first point of contact.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the service operations team and back office, ensuring systems and processes are upheld to maximize service quality.
- Manage billing & collection issues, acting as a gatekeeper between BBC and Local Business.
- Champion customer satisfaction by tracking and analyzing customer complaints in collaboration with service operations.
- Support business reviews and forecasting through data analysis and reporting.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries, involving others when necessary to provide effective service.
Position Requirements:
- Education: MBO administrative, supported by relevant training or experience.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and ServiceMax.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
