The Opportunity That Awaits You:

The Commercial Contract Support Specialist will be an integral part of PROCEPT BioRobotics scalable 360 commercial contracting process by providing pre/post-sales support. The ideal Commercial Contract Support Specialist is a change driver, creative, detail oriented and enjoys process improvement. The Commercial Contract Support Specialist will join a fast-growing company and an evolving team who provide efficient and transparent support for internal and external customers. Reporting to Sr. Manager, Global Commercial Contracts, the Commercial Contract Support Specialist will interface with external customers and collaborate with Finance, Quality, Legal, Marketing and IT. 

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

• Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external Customers regarding IT Assessments and Customer Questionnaires
• Build and manage data warehouse for frequently asked customer questions and answers
• Support internal QC with auditing activities to ensure business compliance
• Manage and input data in contract management and other systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility for a transparent and scalable contracts process
• Create and maintain documentation of sales and sales support processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, IT and R&D stakeholders to collaborate on business objectives and ensure compliance
• Compile and analyze contract data and deliver reporting to support business objectives
• Provide coverage for Contract Analysts as needed, such as drafting new contacts and amendments and related customer documentation to provide for timely contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Prioritize workload to manage multiple responsibilities and processes in a fast-paced environment
• Enable process Improvement to enable scalable growth
• Provide support functions not detailed herein as deemed necessary by Manager
• Maintains trained status for, and complies with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
• Understands and adheres to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS Policy

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of experience/education
• 3-5 years of combined relevant experience with Contract Administration and Customer Service/Sales Support
• Organized, extremely detailed, able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner often in stressful situations
• Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner, as well as propose solutions
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications
• Understanding of sales and service processes and experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess

• Experience in Medical Device, life sciences or healthcare industry preferred
• Experience working in an (FDA) regulated environment preferred
• Remote

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
