Contract Specialist North Europe
The Contract Specialist is responsible for owning and driving in-country process for service contract renewals and warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue. They will own the functions of inbound lead generation, lead nurturing and revenue generation. The Contract Specialist will work closely with local Marketing and Sales leaders to build and create ROI’s (data and presentations), proposals, and strategies for presentation.
The Contract Specialist will support the North Region for ProCare Services and can be based in our Amsterdam or Malmo office.
What you will do:
- Relationship & engagement with Sales Partners (RSM/REPs/BUDs/PMs)
- Managing all renewals, opportunities & strategies for service contracts together with divisional sales teams
- Generate and communicate new leads to designated Sales Representatives & indirectly influence a team of sales representatives to manage new contracts and renewals
- Identify opportunities for existing/new customers
- Work cohesively to educate Sales Representatives and team members on service contract pricing and strategies
- Manage contracts prior to expiration of warranty & licenses
- Communicate ProCare value proposition to internal & external stakeholders
- Prepare and communicate product information (such as review of repairs, failures etc.) for internal and external customers
- Participate, facilitate usage and provide feedback for sales tools such as Nexus, Power Bi, Quoting tools
- Work with respective marketing and sales, ensuring service revenues are optimized in line with product obsolescence
- Develop and Manage Renewal Strategy, renew contracts prior to expiration date, and increase renewal rate as specified in business objectives
What you need:
Required:
- College or university degree
- 1-3 years in a customer facing role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet
- Good ERP system knowledge
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis
