What You’ll Do
Join a highly creative, collaborative, and multi-faceted team working together to benefit, support, and enhance the California Community Colleges – the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Incorporated in 1998, the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC) is the official non-profit serving the California Community Colleges’ (CCC) system, Board of Governors, and the statewide Chancellor’s Office (CCCC).
The Contracts Specialist supports the FoundationCCC Legal Operations Department with contracts administration. Due to the nature of our organizational growth and diversity of programs, this is a contract management role that involves supporting projects across a full range of subject matters.

Coordinate and support the contracts process; create, revise, amend, formatting agreements, and negotiate contracts in compliance with Foundation’s Contracts Policy.

Facilitate and assist with tracking contracts and other contract requirements to ensure agreements are current and vendor’s provisions are following Foundation’s Contracts Policy and other legal requirements.

Work closely with the Supervisor, Conferences and Events, and all other Foundation departments to provide customer service related to the contracts function.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
