Instawork, a digital marketplace that connects local businesses with skilled hourly professionals across the U.S., is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to Head of Talent, this role serves as a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, and is responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, generating offers, and recruiting projects. 

What You'll Do:

  • Accurate and timely scheduling of candidates, both virtual and onsite
  • Managing our central repository of interview loops, feedback forms, etc.
  • Lever administration, including building out all templates and feedback forms
  • Opening new requisitions and distributing to proper channels
  • Managing and tracking all candidates in Lever for efficiency and pulling reports when necessary
  • Coordination of future recruitment events and internal meetings
  • Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment coordination with agencies, internal stakeholders and vendors

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience working within an ATS system, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Eagerness to drive a project from conception to completion 
  • Experience working with high volume scheduling at a fast paced startup
  • A calm, positive and warm demeanor 
  • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Willingness to take on ad hoc projects within recruiting

For CA based applicants:

  • The hourly compensation for this position is $40 - $43 per hour.
