Position Overview
We are hiring a temporary 9-month contract recruiter to assist with full cycle recruitment for multiple hiring disciplines including call center operations. The recruiter is responsible for standardized workflow of sourcing, screening, making hiring decisions that best fit with the organization’s goals. This recruiter is expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise in sourcing strategy solutions in order to meet the hiring demands.
Responsibilities
- Full life cycle recruitment for roles in Mexico and other country markets.
- Proactively source and screen passive and active candidates using various techniques.
- Qualify candidates by conducting in-depth phone interview assessments.
- Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified talent leads.
- Maintain all documentation in the ATS to ensure all candidate records are current.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish
- 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience combined with managing searches across many hiring disciplines
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
