About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our dynamic workplace team. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled professionally and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

Office and Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, and managing expenses.

  • Guest reception and facilitation by managing their reception, assisting with their needs, and coordinating their meetings or events.

  • Badge management and overseeing the issuance, tracking, and retrieval of identification badges to ensure secure and authorized access to the office premises.

  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.

  • Event logistical support as needed

  • Coordinate workplace events, meetings including logistics, catering and set up. 

Is this YOU?

  • 3 + years minimum office facility experience

  • Must be open and flexible to be onsite 5 times per week

  • Prior experience and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Constantly seeking new ways to enhance office efficiency and improve processes

  • Demonstrate initiative and reliance in managing tasks independently
