Responsibilities - You will do:

Ensuring that processes are followed when contractual templates are released.
-
Issuing standard contracts and filling the contractual templates.
-
Supporting legal and sales team during the full transaction cycle from contract issuance to signature.
-
Advising and ensuring processes are followed by sales team, for example KYC process.
-
Reviewing non-standard contracts and work with the legal team through negotiation of the contract. This position however does not include any direct negotiation with customers.

Supporting the Sales department with basic contractual matters and tendering.

Responding to vendor questionnaires.
-
Reporting, provide data and reports to management about tasks being performed.

Covering other colleagues working in US during their absences, working as a global team.

Administrative work and support on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications - You will have:
-
Bachelor 's degree and 12+ years of hands-on administering commercial contracts experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese language (A MUST)

Expert knowledge of commercial contracts arena with particular emphasis on reviewing terms and conditions.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment critical, juggling different priorities
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Energetic, proactive, attention to detail and a strong team player

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
-
Legal background will be a plus (no degree in Law is required)

Experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

Other tools to be used (desirable knowledge): Salesforce, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Acrobat and Docusign CLM.
