AlertMedia is seeking a Contract HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team for 8-12 weeksThis contract role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact, providing strategic HR support in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. What you get to do every day: 

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams to develop and implement strategic talent initiatives that align with business growth 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing HR consultation and coaching to leaders across the organization 
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies, ensuring the business has the right talent in place for future success 
  • Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., retention, employee experience) to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements 
  • Guide and support managers and employees in resolving employee relations matters, ensuring fair and balanced outcomes 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop scalable hiring strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline 
  • Assess and address business unit trends, offering insights to enhance performance, retention, and employee satisfaction 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, proactively mitigating risks 
  • Act as a confidential and approachable HR resource, providing employees with guidance and support 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience with 2+ years in the software tech industry 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth organization 
  • Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving 
  • Strong judgment and experience coaching senior leaders 
  • Broad experience and knowledge of various aspects of human resource, including employee relations, learning, and performance  
  • Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in on all projects as needed 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to all employees   
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • This is a contract role based in Austin, Texas for 8 to 12 weeks, with a commitment of up to 40 hours per week

Our hybrid policy provides flexibility so employees can work and collaborate from home or in our Austin offices, either full- or part-time. We ask employees in Austin to join us on Tuesday for company-sponsored lunch to connect and learn together.
