Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and test RF drivers for InnoPhase IoT’s SoC products.
- Work with RF and Systems teams to understand requirements and write clear documents that describes software procedures, high level design and detailed design.
- Understad existing implementation from source code, modify and support bug fixing.
- Hands on testing using lab equipment such as testers, power supplies, temp chambers etc.
Skills & Experience:
- Expert level in C programming is a must along with debugging using industry standard embedded tools such as J-Link, OpenOCD etc.
- Working knowledge in Python is a must
- Working knowledge in Git/Gitlab/JIRA.
- Prior experience in developing device drivers for RF circuits in an SoC and familiarity in Wi-Fi and BT/BLE standards.
- Understanding of radio impairments and software-based compensation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to break down complex problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions
Education & Experience:
- BSEE with 15+ years
- MSEE with 10+ years
