Salary: £29,405 - £34,034 per annum, pro rata 

Location: Hybrid - Stevenage 

Hours: 39 hours per week 

Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until March 2026 

Are you looking to make a difference with a new and exciting challenge? We’re looking for an exceptional Contract Administrator to join our team in Stevenage, to assist the business in achieving company goals and business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for the administration and planning duties in a busy environment. The duties will include main point of contact for our customers, dealing with general queries to specialist areas to ensure statutory and contract compliance. 

As part of the team, you will provide efficient and effective support for the business including but not limited to:

  • Produce accurate and timely data in line with business requirements

  • To liaise with staff from across the business to ensure all required support is delivered

  • Primary point of contact for key stakeholders on day-to-day queries for the areas the team are responsible for

  • Support of all management plans, systems and controls in line with the company’s business objectives and strategies

  • Assist in and ensure that any recommendations included within internal and/or external audits are actioned with learning outcomes captured

  • Work with relevant departments to support all needs and requirements

  • Promote collaborative working throughout the team ensuring they feel empowered to make decisions

  • To comply with the groups Equality and Diversity policy and legislation

  • Facilitate and provide administrative support for a variety of training courses including induction days 

To be successful in this role, you will already have similar experience in a previous administration role, as well as an excellent understanding of all IMS systems. You’ll also have a sound working knowledge and experience of business operating systems and MS Office suite. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills will be vital in this role, along with the ability to multi task and problem solve.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Stevenage. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one or two days per week.
