Daniels Health seeks a Contract Administrator to be entrusted with ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience. The selected person will be enthusiastic, hard-working, and team oriented.
Daniels is a large international business with operations across Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognized brand in the healthcare space and due to the growth of the Company is looking to grow the billing team.
Responsibilites
- Assists with contract revisions, amendments and addendums
- Assures that documents are completed in accordance with established policies and quality standards.
- Prepares and maintains a variety of records
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
- Develop training materials
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across various departments on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirments
- 1 + years of experience working a similiar capacity
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviorment
- Contract experience a plus
