Job Description

OVERVIEW:

Make the team that changes the way the world experiences sport. This role will be responsible for the implementation, development and processing of Sportradar’s contracts and document management system, primarily responsible for processing global client, sales, vendor and other legal contracts for review, risk assessment, final approval, signature and storage. You will work with all of Sportradar’s global commercial and contract-related constituents to ensure that Sportradar contracts are processed efficiently to optimize Sportradar’s contract management systems in accordance with Sportradar standards and policies to accelerate revenue and reduce risk.


THE CHALLENGE:

  • Supporting the global Sales, Commercial Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in overall administrative support in the processing of global contracts while complying with internal standards
  • Supporting the global Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Compliance etc.
  • Supporting the global Sales, Commercial, Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in implementing, establishing new business processes for optimal use of Sportradar’s contract management system
  • Supporting the global Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in administrative support for DocuSign and Salesforce


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in contract management/administration;
  • Experience in implementing a global contract management system and developing guidelines for contract processing including coordination and oversight for contract approvals, signature and storage;
  • Contract administration/compliance;
  • Knowledge and experience in contract drafting preferred;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience in managing all aspects of contract management lifecycle, including ensuring that all contracts are legally approved prior to signing, comply with our internal standards relative to contract administration, management, signing and storage.
  • Experience dealing with Ironclad, Docu-Sign, and Salesforce is a significant plus;
  • Adept in supporting global Sales/Legal/Procurement teams is required;
  • Highly trustworthy and discreet;
  • Ability to work with a high volume of time-critical contracts across the globe;
  • Team player able to work with multiple cross-functional teams


ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED:

  • Contract negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and conditions with other parties
  • Contract analysis: Analyzing potential risks and identifying areas for improvement
  • Contract compliance: Ensuring that contracts comply with regulations and that the business meets its contractual obligations
  • Contract administration: Overseeing the execution of contracts, including monitoring performance and tracking key metrics
  • Contract advice: Providing advice to employees and leadership on the information in contracts
  • Contract documentation: Maintaining contract records, files, and logs
  • Contract policy: Drafting and recommending new and revised contracting policies
  • Contract training: Developing and presenting training to staff on procurement and contracting; perform other duties as assigned or required.


The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
