Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative, and detailed individual for our Contract Administrator I position. The candidate that fills this position will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of clients and internal departments nationally and internationally.

As a Contract Administrator I, a typical day might include the following:

Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines.

Preparing contract summaries and communicating to project team.

Delivering training to internal customers as required.

Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts.

Effectively using contract management system including report generation, maintenance, project updates, authorizations.

Pay Range Data
We anticipate filling this position as a Contract Administrator I, $28.77 - $38.37 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
