What Will You Achieve
In this role, you will:

  • Work with process teams to identify and execute improvement opportunities, projects, tasks & milestones, managing your own work to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with Managers and project coaches on various phases of projects.
  • Bring together cross-disciplinary teams when working on complex problems or pursuing business opportunities.
  • Apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.
  • Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under supervision.
  • Operate in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance when needed.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.


Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelors degree with 0+ years of experience, OR an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of program and project management in support of Lean, Enterprise Excellence, Six Sigma, quality improvement, and similar initiatives
  • Experience and working knowledge of Process Monitoring systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Industrial Engineering Degree
  • Masters degree
  • Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and manufacturing procedures and standards
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
  • Leadership experience in functional area
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Long periods of sitting or standing. Occasional lifting. Ability to perform simple to moderately complex data analysis.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional night or weekend support. Travel is not expected regularly but may be needed to support training, cross-polination, etc.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500.00 to $110,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
