Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement and System Quality Management Responsible to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote a Continuous Improvement Culture, manage quality systems, and streamline organizational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Promote Continuous Improvement Culture:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all organizational levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to instill a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement Activities:
- Design, plan, and execute continuous improvement activities and initiatives.
- Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Workshop Facilitation:
- Facilitate workshops to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage and further develop our Moderation Pool to support workshop facilitation.
• Quality Management System Support:
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure all internal regulations and processes are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Bring our Q-Policy to live.
• Process Streamlining:
- Conduct regular reviews of organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Facilitate workshops to streamline processes and improve organizational performance.
• Audit Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate and support departmental planning and preparation for system and process audits.
- Actively participate in audits to ensure compliance with QMS and IMS standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain procedures, protocols, test reports, and work instructions.
- Ensure accuracy and high-quality data management within the QMS and IMS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in same or similar field
- Profound knowledge of Continuous Improvement in general (mindset, culture) and specific methods (e.g. PDCA, Agile, PM, A3, Lean, etc.)
- Excellent process management, team facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Capability to communicate/network effective across a broad range of associates/executives
- Planning and organizing; problem solving skills
- Experience in the creation of procedures, protocols, test reports, and work instructions
- Accuracy, high attention to quality and correctness of data
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
