Working in the Business Operations Office with senior leaders will allow the successful candidate to experience a dynamic environment that is at the sharp end of the Services part of Airbus. The experience gained in this role will be a springboard to success.
How you will contribute:
- Continuous Improvement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Contribute on the workforce empowerment through continuous improvement strategies.
- Process Analysis and Evaluation: Facilitation in the generation and maintenance of E2E process maps and the adoption of a process model approach through recognised methodologies (such as process maps, SIPOC, Tuttle Diagram, etc.) and their implementation in the BMS.
- Problem Solving: To facilitate Practical Problem Solving workshops related to Performance and CI initiatives and using the Airbus recognised methodologies.
- Change Management: Implement change management practices to ensure that improvements are adopted effectively by teams. Facilitate Change Management sessions.
- Project Management: Lead improvement projects from inception to completion / Create project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Technology Integration/Advanced Data Analytics: Be ready to adopt and support in Continuous Improvement initiatives requiring the integration of new technologies or advanced analytic tools through Project Management and Change Management process.
- Communication: Support in the development of the Communications Strategy Plan/ Governance.
About you:
- Relevant certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, ScrumMaster, etc) are highly desirable
- Data analysis and interpretation experience
- Project Management and Change management expertise
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies
