In this role, you will:

  • Assist in Quality Assurance activities for the site.

  • Support internal audit program through development of internal audit schedules; execute audits and manage related corrective action plans. Ensure audits are prioritized and aligned with objectives and strategies.

  • Ensure activities are in compliance with both ISO 9001 & 22716 and are aligned with company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations, such as regulated product Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

  • Assist with production and quality system audits.

  • Assist with quality training

  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of Sanitary Manufacturing requirements with regard to water purification, air handling, hygiene requirements, and gowning.

  • Support Lean problem solving; complete trend and problem analyses for cross-functional team collaboration. Create an empowered culture of accountability and teamwork with proven site/staff networking.

  • Created and present final presentation on key learnings during Co-op / Internship experience.

In one of our internship roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:  

  • Students must have completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree; preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Completion of 1-1/2 years of college courses in relevant field of study to include quality, regulatory affairs, data analytics, and/or manufacturing.

  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred (transcripts will be requested).

  • Solid knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • A high degree of analytical skill is required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Starting Hourly Wage: $21.50 USD 

 

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes the above starting wage offer and is eligible for overtime pay. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
