Job Description
Continuos Improvement Manager
Manage the implementation of KHMS - KraftHeinz Management System, a world-class operating system to achieve long-term results through cultural transformation of plant team. Responsible for program management: strategic planning, deployment, monitoring and reporting. Manage the development of plant team to assure a successful implementation - from site manager to front-line operators.
Key Accountabilities
1. Create KHMS strategic planning (define implementation targets, implementation timeline, pillar guardians, routine meetings, priority chapters for the year, lead lines, etc).
2. Monitor and assure effective implementation of KHMS program from top to shop floor execution , always aiming KPI improvement.
3. Support the creation of communication, branding and recognition plans.
4. Support the creation of yearly training plan for site manager, functional managers, pillar guardians and key implementation people.
5. Support pillar guardians in the definition of implementation plans, including deployment and monitoring strategies.
6. Provide technical support to pillar guardians and implementation team in the content of the chapters.
7. Develop and coach implementation team on continuous improvement/lean mindset, from site manager to front-line operators.
8. Encourage and promote benchmarking and best practices sharing with other KH plants and external companies.
9. Lead a direct team of 2 people.
10. Respect and work in compliance with all Safety and Quality requirements, internal rules, regulatory rules, safety rules, safety policy and support in actions to reduce incidents, collaborating with the health of all employees.
11. Respect and work in compliance with all internal environmental rules and procedures, helping to preserve natural resources, avoiding water waste, water contamination and innapropriate waste disposal.
Required Skills/Competencies
University Degree (preferably Engineering)
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing
Knowledge on continuous improvement tools: Lean Six Sigma, TPM/WCM methodologies, WCM, Daily Management Routines, MBO, Agile, Project management
Advanced Excel
Advanced English
Green Belt certification (or above)
MBA/Post graduation is a plus
