Schedule Details/Additional Information:
M-F regular business hours. Fully remote. Flexible schedule.
Major Responsibilities:
- Implements learning and provides support to leaders and team members for Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE)
- Provides computer support and consultation to team members for learning systems, including support for the LMS and virtual platforms.
- Creates, maintains, and approves all instructor led courses and programs in the CE Learning Platform.
- Provides consultation to team members, leaders, and stakeholders regarding Learning Technology virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom) and LMS functionality (curriculums, pre-reqs, equivalency).
- Ensures the integrity of the Learning Management System and the content housed there through ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Works alongside the IPCE team to provide quality assessments, testing, formatting, and publishing.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 3+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative support environment, experience with virtual learning platforms a plus (Teams, Zoom, etc).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Experience with Learning Management System administration
- Demonstrate ability to think critically Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels and interact with a diverse client population.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of survey creation and implementation
- Someone who can easily navigate new technology and is comfortable working with learners to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with virtual learning, learning management, instructional design, and/or any new technology.
- Experience in accredited education preferred
- Need to be resilient and comfortable with change

Pay Range
$34.90 - $52.35
